What is collected
The hosting provider may keep technical visit statistics and error logs to keep the site secure and running smoothly.
The Runatics checklist
When you submit the checklist, we save your selected answers, total score, and a hash of a randomly generated participant identifier. A cookie containing that identifier lasts up to a year and helps prevent duplicate answers from the same browser. We don't ask for your name or email. To limit repeated submissions, we use an hourly network code derived from your IP address with a secret key; the IP address itself is not stored in the checklist database. Expired codes are removed during later submissions. Results are kept for as long as the checklist runs. Clearing cookies or switching devices can allow another response, so duplicate prevention is not absolute.
If you email the author, your message is handled by your email provider and the author's email provider.

Donations are processed by Tribute and its payment providers. This website does not store card numbers.

Reader reviews
The review form sends your message, edition language, and any name or email address you choose to provide to Alex Shumovich at Shumovich@gmail.com. Email delivery is handled by Resend, and the message is received by Gmail. Your email is optional and is used only to reply to your message; submitting a review does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Reviews are not published automatically.
The site does not save review text or contact details in its database. Messages remain in the author’s mailbox unless deleted. To request deletion, email Shumovich@gmail.com. Delivery providers may retain messages and technical logs under their own policies.
To prevent spam, the site stores an hourly network code derived from your IP address with a secret key, plus a submission count and expiry time. It does not store the IP address itself in the review rate-limit database. Expired codes are removed during later submissions.
Support requests and publication of names
The Friends form sends your name or nickname, contact email, edition language and any payment reference or link you provide through Cloudflare and Resend to Alex Shumovich at alex@shumovich.com, to verify your support and process your request. The request is kept in email correspondence; its contents are not saved in the site’s database. This does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Do not send card details.
Your name and optional link are published only after verification and with your separate consent. Email and payment references are not published. To withdraw consent, change or remove a listing, or request deletion of your data, email alex@shumovich.com.
